Download the Claude app
Get the Claude desktop app for Mac or Windows. You can also use claude.ai in your browser.
Unzip the bundle
Extract the zip file. You will see 20 .md files: 16 skills, COACH-CONTEXT.md, the Populator, the orchestrator, and a README.
Open Customize
Click the briefcase icon in the sidebar to open Customize. This is where Claude learns how you work.
Upload the skill files
Click "Create new skills" and upload the .md files. Add COACH-CONTEXT.md content to your custom instructions so Claude always has your brand memory loaded.
Type /start-here
Open a new chat and type /start-here. The orchestrator asks two questions, builds a working context, and routes you to the right skill. First useful output in under 10 minutes.
Run the Populator when ready
When you have 20 minutes, run the Skill Populator. It interviews you across 8 areas and fills your context permanently. After that, every skill knows your practice before you say a word.
